Delivery Terms

We utilise the Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery service as well as couriers, which will require a signature on receipt of package.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated on a Royal Mail weight basis for multiple purchases, up to a maximum of £8.50 where orders may then be shipped by courier.

We do our best to stock all popular products in the most popular sizes and colours, but it is impossible to stock all varieties. Therefore some items can be on back order for a number of weeks. We will of course advise you if there is to be a delay with your order.

Returned Items

If you need to return an item to us please send to the address below using Recorded Delivery.

Incorrectly ordered goods should be returned within 7 days in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. and with pre paid postage. You are advised to insure the shipment for the appropriate value.
If you are returning goods because you are unsatisfied then you will be liable for the postage and packaging charges.
Incorrectly delivered goods should be advised of via e mail as soon as possible .
Faulty or damaged goods should be advised of immediately and returned to the above address for replacement or refund.
If the goods do not arrive within the time allowed then please inform us so that we can begin the tracking process.
Refunds can only be given on goods that have been returned to us in undamaged and unused condition.
In the case of an order that can only partially be filled then at our discretion the available goods will be sent and the rest of the order shipped at a later date at no extra cost to the customer.
Goods remain the property of TacFire Systems until paid for in full.
Complaints must be made via e mail or post within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. If the buyer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed accepted by the buyer.

All our items are covered by a manufacturers warranty.

Prices. All prices include VAT at 20%.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice although any existing paid for orders will not be affected by any such changes.
